Introduction
humanaize designs and builds artificial intelligence for people who want to keep their work, their documents and their conversations under their own roof. We make machines that think where you are, in your home or your studio, and that never send what you tell them anywhere else.
The word we use most often is local. Local means the model runs on a device you own. Local means your data stays where it was born. Local means you can unplug the network and keep working. Everything else follows from that choice: the materials, the interface, the way the machine looks when it is on and when it is off.
We are two people, a designer and an engineer, and we come from years of product experience work and software built for other companies. humanaize is the thing we wanted to exist and could not find.

Academy
Training on artificial intelligence for companies. Short, practical courses for teams that want to use AI in their daily work without handing their data to someone else.
Foundations. Half a day. What today's models can and cannot do, how to write a good request, where the risks are.
AI in the workflow. One or two days. We take your real tasks (documents, quotes, research, customer care) and build them step by step with your team.
Local by design. One day for managers and IT. How to run models on your own machines, keep data in-house and stay compliant.
Courses are held on site or online, in Italian or English, for groups of up to twelve people.
Theteam
Two people, one studio. One of us designs, the other builds. We share the decisions, we write them down, and we try to ship only what we have tested on our own machines first.

Designer. For about six years he has worked in the European design ecosystem of a large consumer-electronics company, on product experience, AI-native creative workflows and the way generative tools fit into a studio's daily work.

Engineer. He builds the part you don't see: the machine, the models that run on it and the rules that decide what the intelligence may read, remember and do. He is an expert in bringing artificial intelligence into small and medium-sized businesses, from the first assessment to a working system the team actually uses. [Short bio to be completed together.]
